Clinical Supervision
Supervision offered to counsellors, psychotherapists and cognitive behaviour therapists, either qualified or in training. We agree what you would like from supervision, approaches that you find helpful to your learning styles and how you want to develop as a therapist.
Integrative Psychotherapy
Engaging psychotherapy sessions focused on personal growth, healing, and transformative change in your life. Support is agreed collaboratively with you, with agreement on what you want from sessions, and how we work together. Different types of therapy can be offered including cognitive behaviour therapy and integrative psychotherapy.
Continued Professional Development (CPD)
Jo has experience in developing and delivering CPD for individuals, groups and organisations. Jo has over 20 years experiencing in training development, including teaching in Higher Education. Jo is happy to work with individuals or organisations to develop bespoke training to meet organisational needs.
Sessions focused on noticing patterns between how you think, feel and behave. CBT focuses on making changes in how you recognise and respond to difficult situations and thoughts. This allows you to make changes in your life, and find more helpful ways to cope with life's challenges. CBT has good evidence for a range of difficulties including Anxiety, Depression, Panic, Phobias, OCD and PTSD.
